Flyo Vacations – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Policy

All travel services provided by Flyo Vacations are subject to the receipt and realization of full payment before departure. Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.

For offline bookings:

  • Bookings made more than 20 days before departure require 50% advance payment.

  • Bookings made between 10–20 days before departure require 75% advance payment.

  • Bookings made within 10 days of departure require 100% payment at the time of booking.

  • Certain special or guaranteed bookings may require full payment immediately.

Failure to complete the balance payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.


2. Company Rights

Flyo Vacations reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any tour package prior to departure. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the refund of the amount paid by the traveler.

  • Modify, amend, substitute, or withdraw any tour component, accommodation, transport service, or itinerary whenever necessary.

  • Replace hotels or services with alternatives of a similar category due to operational requirements.

Flyo Vacations shall not be responsible for any consequential losses, additional expenses, or damages resulting from such changes.


3. Hotel Classification

Hotel star ratings and classifications are based on information provided by hotel suppliers and tourism authorities. While Flyo Vacations makes every effort to verify this information, we cannot guarantee its accuracy and shall not be held responsible for discrepancies in hotel classifications, amenities, photographs, or descriptions.


4. Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowances are subject to the policies of individual airlines and transport providers.

Typical allowances include:

  • Domestic Flights: 15 kg check-in baggage

  • International Flights: 20 kg check-in baggage

  • Cabin Baggage: Up to 7 kg

Travelers are advised to verify baggage policies directly with the airline before travel. Any charges for excess baggage shall be borne by the traveler.

Flyo Vacations shall not be liable for delayed, damaged, or lost baggage caused by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third parties.


5. Meals

Meal plans are based on the number of nights booked.

  • Breakfast is generally not included on the day of arrival.

  • Meal arrangements may be modified due to operational requirements.

  • Meals are usually served as fixed menus, and special menu requests may not always be accommodated.


6. Transfers & Transportation

Transportation services may be provided on:

Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Basis

Shared transportation with other travelers.

Private Basis

Exclusive vehicle services depending upon the package selected.

This applies to airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and package transportation services.


7. Currency & Foreign Exchange

Travelers are responsible for arranging their own foreign exchange requirements in compliance with applicable regulations.

Flyo Vacations shall not be responsible for:

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Loss of cash or traveler’s cheques

  • Foreign exchange conversion differences


8. Modes of Payment

Payments can be made through:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • RTGS/NEFT

  • International Wire Transfers

  • Online Payment Gateways

All payment processing charges, bank charges, and currency conversion fees, if applicable, shall be borne by the traveler.


9. Limitation of Liability

Flyo Vacations acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, and local tour operators.

We do not own or operate these services and therefore shall not be liable for:

  • Delays

  • Accidents

  • Injuries

  • Loss of property

  • Service deficiencies

  • Flight disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Acts of God or force majeure events

Any claims arising from such services must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.


10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Additional Conditions

  • A minimum service charge of 10% of the total booking amount will apply once a booking has been confirmed.

  • Flight cancellation charges will be governed by the respective airline’s policy.

  • Hotel cancellation charges will be governed by the hotel’s policy.

  • Cruise cancellation charges will be governed by the cruise operator’s policy.

  • No refunds will be provided for unused services after the trip has commenced.

  • No refunds are applicable for bookings during peak travel periods such as 20th December to 15th January unless otherwise stated.


11. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for refund processing, subject to banking procedures.

Any applicable banking charges, gateway fees, or currency conversion costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


12. Health & Fitness Requirements

Certain tours may involve:

  • Extensive walking

  • Trekking

  • Adventure activities

  • Water sports

  • Long-distance travel

Travelers are advised to assess their physical fitness before booking.

Individuals with medical conditions including heart disease, respiratory disorders, mobility limitations, pregnancy, hypertension, diabetes, or other health concerns should consult a medical professional before travel.

Flyo Vacations shall not be responsible for any medical issues arising during the tour.


13. Weather & Force Majeure

Flyo Vacations shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, missed connections, or reduced tour durations caused by:

  • Fog

  • Bad weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Airline operational issues

  • Force majeure circumstances

Any additional expenses resulting from such events shall be borne by the traveler.


14. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of bookings, travel services, or related matters shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.


15. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Flyo Vacations, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Where one person makes a booking on behalf of a group, it shall be deemed that all travelers in the booking have authorized and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
